Picks a ReportReader by report kind.

The kinds are surefire, junitxml, pytest, jest-json and playwright-json. The parent kind junitxml yields the framework key junit-xml; a host that knows the file came from pytest asks for pytest, which yields the key pytest. Readers are stateless, so each kind shares one instance.
