A single revision-neutral change event published through McpSubscriptions and fanned out by an McpSubscriptionBroker to every matching McpSubscription.

Immutable value carrier. resourceUri() is only ever non-null when kind() is McpChangeKind.RESOURCE_UPDATED; this is a documented contract of the four McpSubscriptions publish methods, not an invariant enforced by this constructor.
