Role-neutral OAuth 2.0 grant-flow helpers.

Thin facades over Nimbus SDK grant types and TokenRequest. Each helper exposes a Juneau-style builder and returns a Juneau-native OAuthToken record. These primitives are role-neutral (neither client- nor server-specific) and are consumed by both the REST server OAuth/OIDC modules and the MCP client-side token-acquisition layer.
