permits BarBadge, BarText

One widget in a BarSlot: either a BarBadge (a labelled count, e.g. "N change pending") or a BarText (a static contextual label).

Sealed for the MVP: the permitted implementers are frozen so the views emitter's instanceof dispatch and BarSlot.validate() are total. No fourth implementer compiles.
