Holder for @Value-resolved BCT default sort flags.

Constructed by BctConfiguration.defaults() via BeanInstantiator; both fields are populated by @Value annotations whose SVL expressions inline the canonical BctConfiguration.BCT_SORT_MAPS and BctConfiguration.BCT_SORT_COLLECTIONS property names as string literals (per the project-wide rule that every @Value expression is a fully self-contained string literal — no concatenation with Java constants). The constants remain the canonical reference for external callers (Listifiers, BctConfigExtension, and the BctConfiguration.set/get helpers).
